Friday 25th April Welcome back to school, we hope that you had a good break.  This half term at school we will be learning about plants and how they grow.    If you have any spare seeds, flower pots, soil or plants that you could donate, we would be very grateful.   Friday 2nd April This week we had a wonderful trip to the Sea City Museum.  We learnt lots more facts and information about the Titanic and her crew.  Did you know that Titanic was taller than the clock tower in the photo! We were really proud of the way that the children participated sensibly on the trip. The children wrote some fabulous recounts of their trips on their return to school. Over Easter please can you give your child opportunities to handle coins.   Can they identify the value of each coin? Can you play shops and use coins to pay for objects. Try lining the coins up in order of value or sorting coins into groups so all of the 2p coins are together for example.  Thank you! Don’t forget to keep reading over the holidays ...
